Dib-Sergio Cherfan serves as a Junior Lawyer at Cherfan Law, specializing in private international law and international arbitration. With a rich background gained through experiences in esteemed international firms in Paris, he advised corporate clients on matters pertaining to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. Dib-Sergio has actively participated in large-scale and intricate arbitration proceedings conducted under various arbitral institutions and rules, including ICC, ICSID, LCIA, DIAC, and LAMC.

His representation spans across diverse sectors, including energy, construction, telecommunications, and foreign investment, covering regions in Europe, Africa and particularly the Middle East.

Admitted to the Beirut Bar in 2021, Dib-Sergio holds a DU in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (2023). He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master 1 in Business Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut,  and a Certificate in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law, completed in 2019.
